Samsung UN19D4003 19-Inch 720p 60Hz LED HDTV (Black). They are correct, but their suggested solutions of
using external speakers are not possible. The technician confirmed that this TV is total lack of audio outputs. Thus I recommend you using this TV for showing pictures in shop such as coffee shop, book shop etc.
